I'm Felix. Two boys, ageing parents, and a business I run on my own terms — most days, anyway.
I started DiaperDad.SG because I needed it myself, not because I had it figured out. I still do not, most of the time. That is kind of the point.
My work has often been about helping people and teams find better rhythm through change. DiaperDad.SG is where that same idea becomes personal: how dads keep showing up without carrying everything silently.
