His work focuses on helping people and teams build human-centred operating rhythms through change, complexity, and transition. DiaperDad.SG brings that same lens into fatherhood, caregiving, and the realities of modern family life.
Through Envlant, Felix has spent years working alongside leaders, founders, and organisations navigating hard transitions — the kind that quietly reshape how people live, not just how they work.
